Hi all,

In order to make my pc more secure I created a new Admin account, then I changed mine from Admin to Standard.
However, now my Taskbar will crash and restart every time I click any of its icons, except for the Sound control. The Sticky note I have showing, crashes along with it, and a second later both reload.
Fortunately it's not affecting other apps so far, it seems. Except for Files Manager. It crashes too.
Just in case, I changed my account back to Admin. But the problem persists

What should be my next step?

Thanks guys

I'd create another new account and make it admin-equivalent account and test it.
Then demote the account to non-admin and test it.

The problem may NOT have anything to do with what you think. This would prove that theory.

Thank you for your input goombawaho :)

This all may have had something to do with the fact that I had Parental Controls on the previous Admin account (my own), but then I demoted myself to Standard (after I had created the new Admin). Also at that time I still had to dismantle the family I had set up, to make the accounts belong the family of the new Admin account.
Also, it helped to just stop the People button from showing.
Anyway, things are good now.
