UNSPSC Version translator

I have some product data that has the UNSPSC codes from an older version of the UNSPSC code standard. I am trying to translact the existing codes to UNSPSC version 13.3, and the manufacturer has been no help.

Does anyone know of a tool or website out there that can assist me with this translation?
