Unresponsive Server

I have a server in a farm of 7 that has a strange problem.

When it's restarted, all the services start but it won't allow anyone to connect over ICA or at the console. The only way I can see the services is from another server.

If the server is restarted without the network leads you can log in locally, then insert the leads and connection from ICA clients is possible.

The server is a Proliant DL360 and did have teamed NICs (the team was disbanded and is now running on one NIC) The OS is Win2k SP4 and the server is running Metaframe XPa 1.0 Service Pack 2.

This server is also the data collector.

Little update, the server doesn't hang for good. I got the server image on another server in a test lab and have found that it will log in if left for about 7 minutes.

I tried:

Service packing the novell client
Removing the novell client
upgrading the novell client
Service packing Win2k
Service packing Citrix
Removing and re-installing the network cards
Upgrading the nic driver

Finally, I removed *all* the 20 odd printer drivers. This seems to have worked. Will post again if it has.
