I can no longer format media I know is good. Arcserve is trying to tell me this morning that three of my daily tapes (any tape I put in actually) have Unrecoverable Data Errors and will not format.
That is problem one, problem two is the following.
I get the following errors when I try to run a backup.
E3719
E6069
E6304
Running on Win2k with an Exabyte M2 tape drive. Any help would be appreciated, I am fairly new to arcserve.
