Unrecognised recipient forwarding

I wish to forward email to unrecognised users to a general enquiries email account. I know that by default such messages are placed in a bad messages folder under exchsvr within Program files. I also know that you can forward the messages to another host (server). I cannot find a way of forwarding the messages to an email mailbox. Alternatively- is there a way of making a real life folder into an Exchange Public Folder as this could offer me an alternative solution.

Any solutions or suggestions would, as always, be greatly appreciated

Select your Default SMTP Virtual Server, then select Properties can click the messages tab. Enter the email address that you want these sent to in the box labelled

Send copy of Non-Delivery Report to;
