Unrecognised Conditions

we have MD110 connected to a TETRA system. when you dial a radio from an extension, if the radio is not available, switched off or does not exist, it gives the same tone - line lock out/vacant number tone. is there a way to pragram the MD110 to recognise the different condition codes.
