When backing up a Windows NT workstation the backup failed with the reather criptic
message which said

E8524 Received unrecognized command from the client agent. (COMMAND=0)

Anyone have any ideas what this maybe talking about.

Thanks
Sounds like it may have a permissions issue when trying to gain access to the workstation for backup.

this happens whe backing up the registry. Don't back the machine up using the client agent view in the backup screen. Use the network option and then select the machine's u want to backup and right click on the machine name and choose client agent options and then choose use agent. This is only a workaround but does the job
