Can I sort my messages so that unread ones are at the top of the list of my Mailbox?

Thanks

Guy

Right Click on the Header of the date column and choose "Sort Descending"

In the Windows client there does not appear to be any way to do this. What I would have hoped could have been introduced in Version 6 is the ability to defined a Find Results folder with the properties of displaying unread items from the Mailbox folder. The Web client sort of has this although it displays the unread items from every folder you have rights to including shared folders and so in my opinion is unuseable. I wonder if the developers ever speak to end users before implementing such features ??

You could also execute a Tools/Find, use the Advanced button, set the find filter to "Item Status [Does not include] Read", execute the Find, then File/Save as Folder giving it name of Unread Mail. Then choosing this folder will always give you a list of your unread e-mails.

Right-click a column heading > click More Columns > find & click "Modified" column in the Available Columns list box > click Add.
Now right-click the "Modified" column heading > click on "Sort Ascending". This will always show unopened (not modified) email first. Is that what you are looking for?

Cheers,

Mark ;-)
