Unread message in empty Inbox

Hi, we use Outlook XP with Exchange 2003. One of our mailboxes shows one unread mail when opened in Outlook but when the Inbox is opened there is nothing there. We are confused - can anyone help please?

When in the inbox folder, make sure that View, Current View is set to 'Show All Messages'.
