Unprintable Area - Laserjet 4 & XP

On windows 95, we set the laserjet 4m plus unprintable area in inches to 200,200,200,200.

We've just switched to XP and cant do this, so keep getting this error when letters are created from templates in word: "The margins of section 1 are outside the printable area of the page". It is also extremely slow.

Only 1 of our 6 4m printers work without giving this error, but we can't seem to find any difference in the setup. BTW, these are networked printers and the server is win2000. Missy Ed - Bolton, UK

Perhaps this one printer that works has another firmwarecode ? Anyway the only sollution seems to be to obey the margin limits, and adjust it to fit in Word. A driverchange from PCL5e to PCL 6 or vice versa might also do the trick as the output differs betwen these two drivers.
