Hi, all. I have another weird one. I have a user who noticed that one of the emails that he received was in his trash. He is a "higher up" savvy user and knows what he is talking about. He wants this looked into. Here is what I did.
1. Checked for an active rule. One does exist but did not have the right parameters to send this one particular email in the trash. I double checked it. weird.
2. Ran GWcheck contents and structure.
3. The properties of that email confirm that it was deleted when I know for SURE that the user did not delete it.
4. NO ONE has write rights (Proxy) for his mail. Some have read only so no one else could have done it.
Can anyone suggest anything as to why this would just go into the trash? I suspect a *&^%# up rule but when I looked at it, it looks fine. He wants an answer but I don't want to call Novell as of yet. He is the only one so far with this particular problem.
Thanks,
