unmounted mount point at bootup

Hey guys

Last night I rebooted our V880 (Solaris 8) server and one of the mount points was never mounted (/U05). It is listed in the /etc/vfstab as follows:

/dev/vx/dsk/data4/u05 /dev/vx/rdsk/data4/u05 /u05 vxfs - yes suid

It usually has no problem being mounted. After i noticed that the /U05 partition was never mounted I took the server down fully and brought it back up and everything was fine.

Has anyone seen this before?
Also is there any boot logs that I could check out to give a possible reasoning for why this happened?
