Unmarking bad port

The command "Mark Port 2V611" puts a U on the port and also marks it as bad when you list. But when we change the card and fix the port and use the command "Clear Port" the U is still there when you list config all. How do you get the P put back on that port signifying it's available and good?

turn off tti and turn tti back on
change system feature
status tti

with tti on:
add a station and try to add the port
change the station and remove the port
list config station
