Unmanaged Disk in CR Server XI 1

Crystal Reports Server XI with CRXI Developer Edition
Oracle 8i database with ODBC connectivity

I can successfully run my report using the default destination but when I try to sed it to an unmanaged disk, I get the following error

destination DLL disabled. CrystalEnterprise.DiskUnmanaged:

Any idea on how I can get the destination dll enabled?

Use the CMC to set it ( They are under the
Servers..programjobserver and reportjobserver tabs)

OK I did enable both tabs and the history of instances show success but the report is not on the unmanaged disk.

Is there something else I forgot to set?

Hi,
When you click on the 'Sucess' link, what info does it show about where the report was stored?

Also, be sure the Servers are running under an account that has permission to write to that location.
