Unlockable Scalar mailbox

Last night, I upgraded Arcserve 2k with the latest hardware patches. However, my server's ability to unlock my ADIC Scalar 100 library's mailbox. I can do it manually, so I know the Scalar is not at fault - also, causality points to the patch.

I am running Arcserve 2k sp3, with the latest hardware patch. Has anyone else seen this?

I can't find out how to downlevel my server - is there a faq with this info?

that was Arcserve 2k SP4, Winnt2k with SP3.
