Unlock Password for RAP

Anybody know where i can find the unlock password for the Rap program for a BCM450 R6 with RCC?

I got the 3.7 version one and it doesn't work of course. (d286 8ff0)
Do I need to contact Avaya?

I am also looking for this. Anybody's help would be appreciated. I remember a post someone did on how to get this password but I can't seem to find it.

Avaya wont support the 3.7.

For the BCM try ID: nnsupport PW: (the system ID number). I don't know what you mean by RCC though.

RCC is the Reporting for Contact Center for bcm.

RAP requires a "Password For the Day" to reset the admin password.
In the UK, you would contact BT for this.
For the rest of the world, you generally have to call ITEL UK -
