Unlock Form / Project

When clicking Event Procedure in a form, a message saying "Project Locked" and is unviewable appears. Is there any way to unlock a form/project. I've tried creating a blank db to import data/forms/rpts etc. but only the data wasn't greyed out. Is it possible to unlock it to be able to view the code??
