Incase you are still having the problem, I would like to know if you are using Microsoft OLAP.
If yes try following steps:
1) Close client application and check if lock still exist.
2) Restart olap service on server and check if lock still
exist.
3) As last option make a copy repository db of analysis services. Try to open the repository in access database, that should fix the problem.
