UnLoad/Load Commands

Can someone advise what the Oracle Equivalent to these commands is. On some SQL db one can unload the database to SQL w/ a control file. Recreate the db and reLoad to clean up the table and improve performance.

In Oracle, is it a multi step process? Thanks Barry Brock

Export and Import will do what you want if needed, I find Oracle does not fragment much for me. I love everyone til they prove otherwise, sadly some prove otherwise SO quickly
