unload and load?

Hi all,

I am new to sqlbase and am having a lot of trouble. I am trying to do an unload of the db, but it fails out every time with the following error:
Error: 09024 GCI SEA Session ended abnormally

I am running the commands directly from the db server yet have no idea what i am doing wrong. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
