Unload and Load subform in a form?

I have a subform within a form. Based on values selected by the user in the form a table is created and this table's data is used to populate the subform. Is there anyway I can close the subform in order not to lock the table so it can be recreated based on new selection criteria???

Hi, i dont think you can close your SubForm. Hidde the SubForm instead.

Forms!YourForm!YourSubForm.Visible = False

If you want to make visible again try this

Forms!YourForm!YourSubForm.Visible = True Best Regards
