Unknown TFTP Response - Phone Manager Installation

One two XP Pro Laptops i'm getting the error "Unknown TFTP response" just after the point that the installer detects the switch and you choose a username from the drop down list.

None of the Win2k machines on my network get this error. Another XP Pro laptop is OK also, so it's not an XP thing.

Any ideas?
