Unknown OFO Error 0xe0001002

Lately, my backup has been failing right after it finishes attempting to verify a corrupt file (which backs up just fine). According to the log, after it verifies the file and continues, it throws a:

Unknown OFO Error 0xe0001002
OFO: Error during backup. Set has been aborted.

I'm stumped, Veritas is apparently stumped. Anyone have any clues?

Ah yes, this is also a Windows 2000 Server. It's never happened on my NT Server.
