unknown mosgthrsvc directory found in \windows\temp directory

When i clean the temporary directory \windows\temp a directory called 'mosgthrsvc' appears in the recycle bin. If i try to empty the recycle bin a message appears telling me i can remove this directory

Can anybody help me?
