Unknown Keylogger monitoring my Firefox browser? 2

I've noticed delayed cursor response when using Firefox for at least a month now. S&D, AVG, and Norton can't find anything on my PC. Now, I've discovered a fraudulent transaction charged to my debit card.

I tried running HijackThis and this is what I got:

look at this and look for a text file with the same name.

FamilyKeylogger uses this file

if they have not changed the hotkey you can try the following key combination to pop it up in the system tray:

Nothing happened. I even tried holding them down for several seconds. Does it mean a keylogger could have changed it?

BTW, I can't find another ctfmon file aside from that one.

The simple (and safe) answer to stopping the unnecessary ctfmon is the very last post in BigBadBen's link BTW!!
and it works !!

make sure you search in the hiden folders.

if you do not find any other files with the ctfmon designation then you do not have the keylogger i mentioned and BigBadBean is correct about it being part of Office XP.

Also, look for Rootkits. They're a pain to get ride of. look at faq760-6534 and a search of this forum for more info about them.

Thanks to all of you.
I now have ctfmon turned off (from BadBigBen's link).
The rootkit revealer found 3 items (I actually stopped it after 5 minutes of finding these 3):
