unknown image compression type 10

i am programming a pcl reader
and i got some test documents that contain image compression type 10 (ESC*b10M), that is not specified in the pcl reference
does anyone know what that means and where i can get information on how to decode the image data
i was told the document was created with designer 10 and printed on an hp deskjet 800
