I have a few devices(servers) in Insight Manager 7 which have unknown hardware status (blue dot). When I look at the device discovery settings, the snmp protocol was unchecked. However, a few minutes after I checked the box and applied the change, it returns unchecked again. What is causing this, and how can I get the hardware status to reflect normal for the devices?
