Unknown Event 1090

Hi Forum,

Alert Manager post me the following event:

<<Unknown Event 1090.Alert 1090 from VirusScan Ent. occurred. Event description is missing. You may need to reinstall.(from ST04 IP x.x.x.xuser SYSTEM running VirusScan Ent. 7.0.0 TaskMgr)>>

In the KB from Nai they tell to add a regkey to provide a recognation for event 1090.

But I find no hint why this message occors.

Any idea??
