Unknown Error

Hello,

One of the user in my group get an error while using MS Office product. The error is as follow:

"Error: Unkown Error." I am not sure what is causing this error. I know he had the issue while using excel, word and outlook. Please let me know if anyone else has come across this issue and if you know a solution.

This can result from you not having the latest service pack for your version of office.
