UNIX TOP COMMAND FOR ALPHA SYSTEMS

On a Compaq TRU 64 Alpha server, what is the command which shows you the top processes running on the server? In Solaris it's top and on AIX it's monitor -top.

Top will also work on tru-64. Also check out the man page for ps.

ps aux | sort –r –k 2 | more

will show the top memory using processes. Sort by adifferent fields to get it by cpu (sorry can't remember which one).
