Unix services-Telnet-Windows 2000

I wanted to enable more than 2 telnet sessions for Win2K Server. When I installed the Unix Services for Win2K I can telnet to the server without problems. However, when I telnet to another device from my telnet server, the session is very slow and drops. Does anyone know why and is there a fix for this?
