Unix SCO 5.05 installation

hello. I try to install a Unix SCO 5.05 the installation doesn't complete successfully. the installtation goes smmothly until it says" checking system state and loading installtion files". it fails to check system file and loading installation files and stop there following be a error message "/ramFS/configdisk terminated by signal 4". Any helps or hint to solve the problem will be greatlly appreciated. Thanks
