UNIX Print Command

Is there a UNIX command that would allow me to pull a file off the UNIX box and send it straight to a network printer?

Please let me know ASAP. This may make the difference of whether I'm going to have to take out a work order or not.

Which flavor of *nix ?
If the network printer can use LPR/LPD protocol then the answer is yes.

Actually, our UNIX guy realized what I wanted to do shortly after I posted this message. He was able to do what I needed, so we are in good shape. Thanks for replying, though.
