In general there is no problem in such connectivity related to different platforms, for both servers comunucate through sqlnet. You just need to check your tnsnames.ora, sqlnet.ora files to make your servers to "see" each other. You may use tnsping utility to test connection. Then you may create dblink(s) between databases.
