Unix lp / NetWare print queue integration

Sorry, I forgot to ask in the previous message.

If I set up the lp print server to print to Novell, and lp accepts requests from all users on Unix, who actually submits the print request to NetWare? Is it the user who submitted it, or the person who started lp?

Is there a way to direct the print jobs from all users to NetWare as if they came from just one user (eg. root)? I want all prints that came from Unix to appear to come from the same person.
