Try logging on to the 'service' RS232 9 Way port using Hyperterminal or similar at 38400 9-N-1
Hit enter for a menu to reinstall

I have never heard of error 3306, sorry.
I would make up a new hard disk.
Do you have a regen from the system.

I have most of it made up but I am not sure what detail is required.

I make them automatically now at this stage, however I have put together a note about it, finishing it off later and will post. It is for V3 but is similar for V4.
The note is for a single processor
