Unix command to remove lines from a file 1

I may be on the wrong forum and apolagies if I am


I am trying to remove the first 10 lines from a file.
Is there any unix command which can do this for me?

Hi. Not necessarily the 'wrong' forum, but there's a thread in the unix scripting forum Thread822-662671 which might help you.
