Unix command to list out tape media ID and media(host)

Please show me what Unix command to list out both information about some tape media IDs and their associate server hosts that they were backed up on? Or by using the Veritas Netbackup GUI, I could see them listed in the Media option, but I don't know how to export or copy them onto a spreadsheet.
Please let me know.
