UNIX/AIX references?

I'm hoping to start working more in our AIX environment but admittedly have little experience with UNIX in general. Could someone recommend some good books/courses/CBTs/Certifications I could look into? Thanks!

Thank you for both links. The powers that be say we do have money for training. I was looking at the IBM QPKA1 online suite...

However the check signers have requested additional sources of training... Would anyone have some recommendations for classroom or online courses for AIX basics-admin?
