Universe design - measure needed based on union

Hi,
I am trying to create a measure in my universe (BOXI R1) and I need it to be based on sql containng a union. Is there a way to do this???

Not directly. You'll need to build a database view or use a derived table in order to do this. Another option is to have a stored function to do the work.
