Universal Dialogic Diagnostic utility doesn't found the D/120JCT-LS board.

Hi, everyone.


I have a question about the D/120JCT-LS board.

I want to use the Universal Dialogic Diagnostics utility to check these boards but I'm getting this message:

UDD has determined that no Springware boards were found in the system and will exit.

Does anyone know how to get rid of this message to be able to test the board?

I haven't been able to find information about on the internet.

Did you resolve this?

Usually that means you have a driver issue. Make sure you are using the latest drivers for that particular card and then reload them.
