Hello,
I have a user that has a main line with no voice mail. They want the line not to ring after hours. Can I use the Universal control group command to make a button on thier phone that they could press after hours so the callers get a busy or ring no answer?

Try assigning system forwarding for Do Not Disturb with a destination the goes nowhere. Then put a DND button the phone. This should give the callers busy tone.
