Universal Communicator

Our Client has upgraded to Mitel Universal Communicator version 3.2 and now all his accounts are showing inactive. He changes to active but they revert back after a couple of minutes.
Any Ideas

Aha - 3.2 Running on a Virtual Machine needs a licence where 3.1 didnt!

Gotta love it when you can talk to yourself... I know - I talk to myself all the time!

Sometimes, when talking it out you find your own answers to questions... so long as you don't have a fight (with yourself) - all should be good.

Sorry, can I interrupt. LMAO

I have this issue with most installs and upgrade of UCA. The way I get around it is to un-install the blade and re-install again.

Painful, but it works.
