Universal agent uses 80% of CPU

During backup of a remote server, the remote server shows the univagent.exe process is using anywhere from 60 to 85% of the CPU cycles. The remote server is a Windows 2000 SP4 fully patched, running Brightstor client agent 11.5. Backup server is Windows2003 with same B'store version.

Has any one seen this and resolved the issue?

if you want to slow down the backup then go to the client agent admin, configuration and set priority to low.
