Good morning to all.
We have a problem in incoming line. The system is NEC Univerge sv8100. The problem occours after the pots line shifted from copper to optical fibr. The outgoing is ok but when some one calls there is ringing but no vrs message plays. I checked the message #01 is ok. I checked all commands regarding Incoming as following.
CMD 25-05-01 Trunk port1
Mode 1 to Mode 8 Message #1
25-06-1 Attendant 1 MSG#1
Recv1 to recv4 MSG#1 Message is in one language only.
22-02-1 Trk 01
Mode 1 to mode 8 Trk type=1
25-03-1 Trk port1
Mode 1 to mode8 IRG NO1
The above settings are old. I changed nothing. Please help me how to get back incoming by assigning msg no 01.

If the system isn't picking up check your wiring or new IAD or FSX unit. If it was working before you shouldn't be changing anything from a programming standpoint. I am pretty sure you are over thinking this.
