Univerge 3c with UM8700 AA not answering on incoming calls "Please Help"

I have a customer that has been down for 5 days. I finally got the phones up and they can call out but on incoming calls the system um8700 does not pick up. There is a error also on one of the branch hubs saying, "error 5 telephony board 1"
I would really appreciate some help and am willing to pay for support.

You probably need an NEC dealer. The UM8700 Licensing changed in late May. If a customer did not contact their dealer and arrange to have the license patch installed then the system will go Pop after a set number of hours.
