Is there a way to configure a voicemail Box to play a message then disconnect the caller, without given them a option to transfer? We are using Unity Connect 8.x

In the mailbox, select Edit -Greetings - go down to after call greeting, then select call action - hang up (from the drop down)
This will allow the greeting to play and immediately hang up the line
