The caller input tables are recognized when the standard greeting is enabled but when I enable the alternate greeting the caller input is ignored.

I looked at the greetings and the caller input isn't locked on the alternate. Any idea how I can get this to work?

Thanks in advance. Jimeec-

make sure on the alternate greeting that Allow caller input is checked.

Hope this helps.

In the Alt greetings settings page under DURING GREETING there is a box for ignore caller input which is not checked so the caller input should be recognized. The standard greeting settings are the same as the alt greeting settings and aller input is recognized when the standard greeting is enabled.

I can't find a system wide setting to allow this? This is Unity Connection 7.0

Thanks. Jimeec-

sorry, im using 5. but i would think that the setting could be set per user.

Hope this helps.
