I have a user that was terminated 6 months ago and is receiving daily text messages to his phone. I located his old Unity voice mailbox and the message notification device "Text Pager 1" had his phones email address xxxxxxxxxx@vtext.com in it. I deleted his AD account in the unityexch domain which marked the Exchange account for deletion and deleted his voice mailbox.
I purged the Exchange account in System Manager and figured I was done. The problem is, he is still getting texts to his phone. I can find the message traces related to his phone's email address in the Message Tracking Center of our Unity Exchange server, but I get an error when trying to view the message events:
"The object '012-BR1MMR1-010>_Trusted_Receive_connector' in the message tracking logs can't be found in the directory. The object may have been deleted. The tracking hisotry may be incorrect."
How do I stop these text messages?
Thanks in advance.
