I'm new to Unity/Cisco and not familiar with run time or required maintenance but didn't expect total failure.
I'm running Unity 4.2 Build 4.2(1) on Windows 2003 Server Standard Service Pack 1. Processor is 3.06 GHz
When voice mail crashed, we have a 2nd Unity server to fail over to (is this normal to have two voice mail servers like this?). I went back and looked at the event viewer, not sure when voice mail actually crashed but 10 minutes before I saw a user called "System" trying to print, just after that event id 1111, from TermServDevices read something about Microsoft XPS Document Writer.
Days before hand the system was running pretty slow. The previous administrator said he had to re-boot unity about every week or two. This doesn't seem like it's functioning properly to me, or is this normal?
If not, any advice to get it running in better shape is much appreciated!
Thanks,
Toni
